Stay in a beautifully restored townhouse in the historic heart of Nijmegen. Naest Old Town Villa has been carefully renovated to combine authentic character with modern comfort. The building features three boutique apartments, each with its own style and atmosphere.

The highlight of the villa is the large hidden courtyard garden, a rare oasis of calm and greenery in the middle of the city. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the sun, read a book in the afternoon, or simply relax after a day of exploring.

With its central yet quiet location, the Old Town Villa offers the best of both worlds. Within minutes you can walk to cafés, restaurants, shops, and the river Waal, while always returning to peace and comfort.

Good to know: All apartments feature smart lock self check-in via Nuki, making arrival easy and independent. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. As with many Dutch heritage houses, staircases can be steep. The apartments are heated but not air-conditioned. Pets are welcome on request for a small fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Paid street parking is available, and we recommend using nearby parking garages.

Escape No. 5 – Loft Maisonette · up to 6 guests

This spacious loft-style maisonette spans the second floor and attic level of the Old Town Villa. With exposed beams and unique angles, it combines boutique style with authentic character. Perfect for longer stays or groups, it offers both comfort and atmosphere in the heart of Nijmegen.

This unit is ideal for families or groups of up to six guests and includes:

• Two bedrooms with king-size beds (180 cm each)

• A comfortable sofa bed (160 cm) with 10 cm topper in the living room

• A modern bathroom with rain shower and premium finishes

• A fully equipped kitchen with dining area

• Access to the shared courtyard garden

• Very steep stairs and internal stairs between floors (not suitable for guests with limited mobility)

• Heating provided (no air conditioning)
